Citi88 is more than just a betting platform — we are a player community powered by cutting-edge technology, top-tier security, and member-first service.
Who We Are
Citi88 was built with a clear vision: to deliver a safe, seamless, and enjoyable online betting experience to every player in Malaysia. Since launching, we have developed a platform that combines advanced technology with a user-friendly interface, so anyone — whether a new player or a seasoned veteran — can enjoy their favourite games without any hassle.
We understand that trust is the foundation of this industry. That is why citi88 operates under a valid licence and maintains transparent policies across every aspect of our operations — from how we handle deposits and withdrawals, to how we protect members' personal data using 256-bit SSL encryption.
Our platform offers a wide range of game categories including Live Casino, Sports Betting, online slots, and more. We partner with the world's leading game software providers to ensure every game available on citi88 is fair, fast, and free from any manipulation.
More than just a gaming site, citi88 is a community. We are proud to have over 500,000 registered members who trust us as their betting partner. Every day, thousands of transactions are processed quickly and accurately, ensuring an uninterrupted gaming experience from start to finish.
Our mission is simple: make citi88 the most trusted, most user-friendly, and most rewarding platform for Malaysian players. We go beyond slogans — we deliver through continuous improvement, listening to member feedback, and investing in best-in-class technology infrastructure.
We believe responsible gaming is an obligation, not an option. That is why citi88 provides account management tools such as daily deposit limits, self-exclusion options, and links to support resources for those who need them. Member safety and well-being are always our top priority.
Players choose citi88 because we consistently deliver on our promises. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, customer support is available 24/7, and our promotions are transparent with no hidden terms. We also offer a directly downloadable mobile app for the best gaming experience wherever you are.
Every member matters to us. Whether you deposit RM10 or RM10,000, you receive the same quality treatment and service. Our VIP program is designed to reward member loyalty with exclusive perks, special bonuses, and access to promotions not available to the general public.
